We got our wish!
Our ultrasound was yesterday, and the babe looks healthy and active. IT'S A GIRL!!!!! I'm so happy! Just when I was thinking that my wishes never come true! Her name will be Ellah Lilly Douglass...should I have kept that a secret?

NEW PIC!
Another photo of our growing baby! We are seeing a side view, with his/her head facing away from us...unfortunately he/she wouldn't turn his/her head! The babe was movin' and groovin' in there! Everything looks great. The baby is developing normally, despite some spotting that I've had for a day or two. Our next ultrasound is scheduled for October 16. We'll find out the sex then, so I can stop saying he/she!

The new Douglass baby!!
We had our first ultrasound today! The little one looks healthy! The heartbeat was strong, and he/she was even moving his/her little arms and feet. the technician was sooo nice. She let Evan sit on her lap and snap the photos. We are happy to find out that they have the best in technology at our doctor's office, and at 32 weeks we will have a beautiful 3d pic of our lil' one. I'm 91/2 weeks, so our due date has changed to February 26, 2009! We will be waiting impatiently for the 21st week, when we will have our next ultrasound to determine the sex.

The announcement
Our family of three is proud to announce the impending arrival of a fourth member! (We are pregnant!!) So far, I have no terrible "pregnancy symptoms," other than fatigue, and really sore boobs! We are rooting for an easier pregnancy this time, since my last was full of terrible nausia, high blood pressure, a lot of bedrest, and an induced labor that lasted a grueling four days. Now we just have to find a fabulous new Doc! I'm pretty sure I've found a highly recomended female ob, with a brand spanking new office 10 minuets from our home. Wish me luck!
